Minerva Pamir Engineering uses less energy and fewer resources to reduce its carbon footprint in line with the green cement targets of the industry, with the technology it has acquired as a result of its R&D background of approximately 15 years.
SustainabilityWith our R&D studies, we carry out and implement projects in order to reduce the carbon footprint in all heavy industry manufacturing plants.
One of the critical methods for reducing carbon emission is to reduce energy consumption. For this purpose, we offer turnkey (EPC)
solutions in order to obtain products with lower energy in the cement industry.
Our objective is to make a positive contribution to and create benefits for the sustainable reduction in the consumption of natural resources and energy consumption required by the industry and society on the basis of our scientific studies.
In our R&D center laboratory, fine grinding tests are carried out in our PILOT-SCALE FACILITY to respond to industrial needs such as reducing the specific energy in cement grinding circuits, determining the optimum engineering parameters, increasing the capacity, reducing the carbon footprint, and improving the quality of cement product.
As a result of our engineering studies, it is observed that 20% or more energy saving is possible with appropriate manufacturing conditions in cement grinding circuits.
Product DetailsThe novel and efficient technologies are essential both for the present and future since the strategic management plans, such as a roadmap for carbon mitigation to be developed by the companies, the carbon footprint of companies, and carbon footprint for products are directly limited to energy limits. The basic needs identified for the New World will be met by the initiatives that design, properly integrates and implement the new technologies, such as MINERVA ENGINEERING, in manufacturing areas.
With our R&D activities, we design and execute projects in order to reduce the carbon footprint in all and any heavy industry manufacturing plants.
Minerva Pamir applications are designed to enhance the energy efficiency of the grinding circuit, improve the quality, and increase the capacity while making no concessions on quality.
The balance between production and consumption should be maintained in order to have stable resources that we currently use. In order not to consume more energy and resources, and to manufacture for our basic needs by consuming optimum energy, our fundamental principle is to bring together new technologies with the right engineering notion on the common ground of sustainability.
