In our center R&D laboratory, fine grinding tests are carried out in our PILOT-SCALE FACILITY to respond to industrial needs such as reducing the specific energy in cement grinding circuits, determining the optimum engineering parameters, increasing the capacity, reducing the carbon footprint, and improving the quality of cement product.
In our analysis laboratory located in our R&D center, we carry out analyses, develop designs and implement turnkey projects to meet the customer requirements through our technical staff with knowledge in examination and assessment, our pilot-scale grinding and classification plant located in our R&D center, and our analysis laboratory.
The analysis laboratory also conducts examination and assessment activities.
In order to respond to customer-specific demands, we perform site surveys, collect samples and provide measurement services, and our center laboratories perform engineering designs in accordance with the required goals.
We offer turnkey (EPC) solutions that can be integrated quickly and provide a performance guarantee for the designs that are deemed eligible.
With our special R&D solutions, we are working on increasing the capacity, reducing the energy consumption, achieving the desired product-size distribution, and improving the quality of products in the gray cement, white cement, and high-strength cement plants.
The aspect that makes us the strongest for our solution proposals is that we are capable of developing the industrial design with a transfer ratio of 1:1 via our pilot-scale facility.
We design high-quality, more economic and environmentally-friendly cement product circuits with the use of calcined clay production technology, and increasing the use of additive raw materials such as pozzolan, and fly ash, etc.
