As Minerva Engineering Mühendislik A.Ş. having the title of data controller (Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) 10.a), your data is processed automatically (PDPL 10.ç) fully or partially to facilitate the use of our website, to better customize our services in line with your interests and needs, to speed up the activities and experiences you will have on our websites in the future, to understand how our visitors use our website, to improve the structure and content of our website, make our site more useful, effective and safe (PDPL 10.b), through cookies due to the legal reason that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject. We do not transfer this data to any 3rd party (PDPL 10.c) or within the scope of Article 11 of PDPL, you are entitled to,

• f) request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law;
• g) request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) above, to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
• h) object to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems; and
• i) demand for the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data (PDPL 10-d).
